Andy’s story.
As a former Detective with 15 years of policing experience I've witnessed the darkest corners of society, investigating crimes like homicide, personal violence, and sexual offending against children and adults. This experience has instilled in me a profound understanding of trauma, resilience, and the intricate tapestry of coping mechanisms. It's a knowledge built not just through observation, but also through my own lived experience managing post-traumatic stress.
